Other's Point of View inspired my choice. I was mimicking the mindset of another person, looking at me on a cold December day. I like this assignment. It was creative and fun to do. I did not encounter any struggles. I expanded on the story by adding more dialonge and curiousity of the narrator.

Other's Point of View

She was so happy, usually happy for standing outside in the bitter cold and a wind so strong. She just stood there smiling, waving and cheering "Merry Christmas!" I didn't understand how she could be so happy. It was freezing! I dreaded getting out of my car and going into Coborn's. I walked past and saw her crown and sash. Who is she? Is she a princess? Or a silly teenager? No one in their right mind wants to be outside on such a cold December day. What drives her to be out here? She's not getting paid, it can't be money? So what is it?

"Excusee me? Why are you out here on such a cold day?"

"I'm volunteering! I am a Sauk Rapids Ambassador!"

"You did this willing?"

"Yes! I love volunteering in my community and helping others,. This is just one of the ways the Ambassador program makes a difference in the Sauk Rapids Community. We volunteer inside our own community and represent the town at parades, coranations or sparkle nights. But my favourite part is volunteering."

"Why?"

"I like knowing somehow, someway I am making a difference in the world. If I can just change one person's day or make someone smile. I know I've done something worth wide. The crown is just apart of the uniform, it is what we do that truely matters."
